The College of Social Sciences is supported by a team of fifty-two faculty members, including eleven professors, twenty-four associate professors, ten assistant professors, and seven project-based instructors holding the position of assistant professors. Primary research interests at the College include economics, sociology, social work, religion, psychology, Catholic studies, and the management of non-profit organizations. We also invite a renowned international scholar to serve on campus each year as the Father Laszlo Ladany Lecturer.
The College has more than 2,600 students for the 2019-2020 academic year. This number includes undergraduates, master's students, doctoral students, in-service master's students, and undergraduates at the School of Continuing Education. In addition to local students, we also have international students, students from mainland China, and exchange students.
