Goals

■  Carry out and evaluate educational projects focused on China, Taiwan and the countries of Southeast Asia. 

■  Support researchers whose interests are in educational reform and the sharing of research results.

■  Strengthen cross cultural research and understanding for faculty and students.

■  Underscore the value of serving others as an educational tool.

■  Offer international partner based learning opportunities to university students leading to a cultivation of core values such as respect for others, self awareness and responsibility for one's own personal growth.

■  Evaluate the impact of partner based learning on teachers, students, those served and the communities where they are served.

■  Publish the results of conferences, workshops and reports of the center using different formats, e.g. books, journal articles, video documentaries, etc.
